Welcome to this Extremadura manor house, from the late 19th century and recently restored. Located in the urban area of Baños de Montemayor a few meters from the Spa, the house is distributed in five apartments. On the ground floor is the main apartment with 3 bedrooms, on the first floor there are two one-bedroom apartments and two studios.
It has common areas: garden at the main entrance, social room and laundry. There is also an open-plan loft ideal for group activities.
The distribution of the house and the common spaces allow it to adapt to groups from 6 to 20 people.
The building is respectful with the environment, and with the cultural values of the area. The air conditioning, by underfloor heating, and hot water come from 100% renewable energy.
